1. Request a refund or get help
Email sales@westron.dev with your account email, the transaction or receipt reference if available, and the reason for your request. Do not send a password, agent connection credential, or full card number. Westron handles refund requests manually.
You can also contact Paddle, our merchant of record, directly at paddle.net or through the support link in your payment receipt. You do not need to contact Westron first to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.
2. Refund eligibility
Purchases are subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy and your applicable consumer rights. Westron does not provide an additional money-back guarantee. Unless applicable law or Paddle’s policy provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests submitted within 14 days of a transaction, but a request within that period does not guarantee approval. Statutory withdrawal periods and eligibility vary by country and purchase. Your mandatory rights take priority, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services.
If a technical issue prevents you from using Westron as described, contact us with the details so we can help. If it cannot be resolved, you can also ask Paddle to review it under its refund policy and applicable consumer law.
3. Canceling future renewal
Manage cancellation in Westron’s Plan & billing page or use the Paddle customer portal from your receipt or paddle.net. For an active, paid subscription, canceling renewal keeps Unlimited available until the end of the paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. Paddle may cancel a past-due or paused subscription immediately.
Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments, and submitting a refund request does not itself cancel renewal. If you want both, make that clear in your request or cancel renewal separately. See the Terms of Service for what happens when paid access ends.
4. When a refund is approved
Paddle processes approved refunds using the original payment method where possible. Its policy provides for processing within 14 days of approval; statutory withdrawals may have a different applicable deadline. Bank or payment-provider posting times can affect when the money appears in your account.
Under Paddle’s policy, access to the refunded product ceases. Westron handles any necessary subscription or access changes manually. A tax-only or partial adjustment is reviewed according to what was actually refunded. A refund is not a request to permanently delete your workspace.
5. Applicable policy and your rights
The Paddle terms and refund policy applicable to your transaction govern the purchase, together with mandatory local law. Nothing on this page limits those rights or your lawful right to dispute a charge. For questions, contact sales@westron.dev or Paddle buyer support.
